CAPT (Rtd) HASNOL ABDULLAH

Capt Hasnol served in the Malaysian
Army for more than a decade before deciding to contribute
his experiences, knowledge and unique skills to the
field of consultancy works in which PiBi is involved
in since 11 years ago.
In the Army, though Capt Hasnol
began his service like most other young officers as
a commander of a platoon of 32 soldiers of various ranks,
and was involved in a great number of combat military
operations, he was identified as one with great capabilities
at teaching and developing people. Appropriately, thus
after a series professional courses both locally as
well as overseas, he was whisked away to become an Instructor
at the Army’s main Training Centre, Port Dickson.
Other than his excellence at
teaching and developing people, Capt Hasnol also has
an acute ability at map-reading as well as at competitive-shooting.
He was an established member of the Shooting Team of
every unit that he served.

Before committing himself whole-heartedly
to it however, he was further equipped with additional
and usefully relevant knowledge, skills and experiences
in human resource management and administration from
his two years as an Assistant Human Resource Manager
